Dr. Rasika Perera
Dr. Rasika PereraPractice Principal

MBBS, FRACGP, Certificate of Primary Care Skin Cancer Medicine (University of Queensland)

Dr Rasika Perera is the owner of Tuart Family Practice. She has strong family values and is determined to bring these values into her practice. Dr Perera offers a range of medical services for all ages. She graduated in Sri Lanka 2003, and moved to Australia in 2011 with her husband and twin boys.

Dr Perera completed her fellowship in 2015. In 2017 Dr Perera opened her practice in Baldivis, and has built an excellent team to ensure all needs of her patients are met.
She has a strong interest in chronic disease management and children’s health.

Dr Nimna AbeydeeraGeneral Practitioner

MBBS, FRACGP, Diploma in Child Health

Dr Nimna is one of our female GP’s. She was born and completed her undergraduate study in Sri Lanka. She came to Australia in 2010 with her husband and three children.
She has an interest in all modalities of general practice, but has extensive training in children’s health. She also has training in women’s health including contraception and Mirena insertions.

Peter Jordan
Peter JordanClinical Psychologist

Peter is a clinical psychologist and supervisor with extensive experience of working with individuals, families and groups. He specialises in working with adults, young people and children presenting with a range of psychological difficulties.

Peter is experienced in a number of therapeutic perspectives and is able to work collaboratively with individuals struggling with problems, which perpetuate unhappiness, low mood or reduced levels of functioning to assist in enhancing their psychological and emotional efficacy and wellbeing.
His clinical psychology experience spans more than 30 years combining management, training and clinical responsibilities in a variety of corporate, public health, voluntary sector, and private settings both in Australia, Europe and the UK.
Kylie CoventryCounselling Psychologist

Kylie is a registered and endorsed Counselling Psychologist with 25 years’ experience in providing assessment and treatment for individuals, couples and families encountering personal and/or interpersonal difficulties – from relationship problems through to complex psychological conditions. Kylie is a registered provider with Medicare and most private health funds. In addition, she is a recognized provider for workers’ compensation adjustment counselling and for motor vehicle accidents covered by the Western Australian Insurance Commission.

Kylie’s areas of interest and expertise include depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders (PTSD), grief and loss, parenting, relationship counselling, ageing/life transitions, conflict management, LGBTQI, self-esteem/self-confidence issues and stress management. Kylie also has a particular interest and further training in perinatal and infant mental health and provides counselling for both Mums and Dads with a focus on the parent-child relationship from infancy to adolescence.
In addition to her therapeutic practice, Kylie is a registered facilitator with the Beyondblue National Workplace Program and an Accredited Educator of the Circle of Security© (COS) attachment-based parenting program.
