Tuart Family Practice offers a wide range of services to take care of your health
Our Doctor’s are experienced in asthma management to provide the best outcome for our patients. We have on site spirometry and can provide Chronic disease management plans for all chronic respiratory illnesses.
Our doctors use Dermengine, the worlds most advanced skin analysis system. This tool is for regular skin screening and the early detection of skin cancer.
We have a number of female GP’s who can assist women with routine Cervical screening.
Our nurses are onsite Monday through to Friday to provide you and your children with childhood vaccinations according to the National Childhood Immunisation Register. We are also able to provide catch up vaccination schedules, and adult and most travel vaccinations.

Muthu Nachiappan – Vcare Hearing Audiologist
Muthu Nachiappan JP is a very experienced Audiologist. Muthu will be in charge of all patient-related treatment activities which include diagnosing the client and prescribing relevant hearing solutions, liaising with referral sources like primary care physicians, ENT specialists, and Health and Safety officers in industries.
A GP Management Plan (GPMP) can help people with chronic medical conditions by providing an organised approach to care. A GPMP is a plan of action you have agreed upon with your GP. This plan:
- identifies your health and care needs;
- sets out the services to be provided by your GP; and
- lists the actions you can take to help manage your condition
Cardiovascular disease (CVD) refers to all diseases and conditions involving the heart and blood vessels. The main types of CVD in Australia are coronary heart disease, stroke and heart failure/cardiomyopathy.
At Tuart Family Practice, we use preventative health checks, and an on site ECG to assess and manage your cardiac health.
A person’s mental health affects how they feel, think, behave and relate to others. Mental illness covers a spectrum of disorders that vary in how severe they are and how long they last. Our Doctor’s, together with our onsite Psychologist’s are able to assist you with providing a treatment plan to best manage your mental health.

Kylie Coventry – Counselling Psychologist
Kylie is a registered and endorsed Counselling Psychologist with 30 years experience in providing assessment and treatment for individuals, couples and families experiencing personal and interpersonal difficulties.
Peter Jordan – Clinical Psychologist
Peter is a clinical psychologist with a breadth of experience across the spectrum of adult mental health and with particular specialist experience in anxiety, post-traumatic stress and depression.
His professional career spans more than 30 years during which he has worked in several adult psychiatric and community health settings throughout Australia and within the UK.
Antenatal care is the health care women receive while they are pregnant. During antenatal care visits, pregnant women are provided with support, reassurance, and information about pregnancy and birth, as well as tests and examinations to ensure they and their baby are healthy.
We work alongside Perth Maternity, to provide a bulk billing antenatal service. We have a midwife onsite twice per week to assist you throughout your pregnancy, birth and newborn period.
Our chiropractor is on site two days per week for your convenience.

Ashka Mehta – Chiropractor
Ashka has more than 9 years of experience working as a chiropractor. Especially interested in chronic lower back pain, neck pain and headaches. She also provides Chiropractic spinal manipulation or gentle options of mobilisation, drops piece and activator treatments.
Unique additional services of muscle therapy, dry needling included in the session price.
Tuart Family Practice has pathology onsite. They are open 5 days per week, and as well as all regular testing, they provide occupational drug and alcohol testing.
